Burnt wheat flour comes from fallen and burnt wheat grains, which are reused by our Chefs to obtain a smoky and rich taste.

Ingredients: 60% burnt wheat flour, 40% type 00 soft wheat flour, white wine, 10% extra virgin olive oil, salt.

It may contain glutins, sulphites and traces of sesame.
